Ten surgical conditions

Abstract

This work is fulfilment of part of the requirements for the award of the degree of Master of Medicine in General Surgery. It consists of ten surgical conditions divided in 3 sections: five conditions of general surgery, 2 condi t.Lona of paediatric surgery, and 3 conditions of orthopaedics and trauma. The conditions presented are those commonly met or are of practical significance. All are entirely of the author's choice. In every condition one case is presented in detail, the rest of the patients are analysed in a tabular form followed by discussion and review of the literature. A conclusion is finally made.
